Missing Secret Lair?

Like the title says, my secret lair is missing. I ordered the spring superdrop and my tracking said it would be delivered by last Friday, the 7th. Well as you can assume, it didn’t. I figured it was running late and that it would arrive over the weekend or something. This is no longer the case, as the tracking says “The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible."

I checked the details of the package and it says it’s been arriving and departing from the facility since the 5th and that it had been transferred to the post office. So now I check with them, and they say that it departed a shipping partner facility on the 4th and they will update the delivery date when they receive the package.

I’ve tried calling, emailing, and getting in contact with UPS, USPS, and WOTC, but I can’t get any answers anywhere. What should I do? What can I do? To those it has happened to, what did you do?

Update: After looking over the details of the shipment, I managed to get ahold of a friend who works at UPS and they were confused on what was happening with it. They finally found the package and had it sent directly to me. Apparently, the package was scanned going out and taken back to the facility for five days without it actually going anywhere. So it should arrive today.
