Moza Customer Service

I am looking at purchasing the R12 bundle. I sent an email asking a few questions and got back like 3 canned email responses that were nothing close to a correct answer. I have yet to receive an actual response.

I have seen a lot of negative stories on Moza's customer service. This one experience makes me leery of spending $700+ on what is essentially a toy if the company cannot respond to a basic question. Has anyone had issues that had to be dealt with through customer service? Was it resolved satisfactory?
