If you can afford it then go private full stop? Is that what you’re getting at here? That you are willing to sacrifice your free (you pay taxes for this btw) items from the NHS so someone lesser than you can have it?

Just treat your kids skin issues quietly and go back to staging homes and making lumpy gravy.
