Lots of homes for sale in Minneola,Why?

I’m not sure if anyone in this group will have any insight on this but it’s worth a try. My husband and I currently live in Winter Garden, and are looking to move to Minneola, however, we have noticed that a lot of people who haven’t even lived in their houses for over a year are selling their homes and they’re not even profiting. Why is this the case? Why would someone sell their home after only living in it for a year to three years And it’s a lot of people that are doing this, in many different neighborhoods in Minneola.
