Toddlers total IgE & peanut IgE very high. Looking to do OIT but I’m so nervous.

My girl had a reaction a few months back to peanut butter… Her total IgE is 1190 which is super high & scares me. And her peanut IgE is >100 which is crazy high.. it doesn’t go higher numerically… with her highest being ara h 2 & 6… which are the worst from what I hear. Oddly enough, on her skin prick test… the reaction to peanut was very small… she reacted more to walnut (which also came back positive on blood)… anyway, I wanted to see if anyone else’s little ones have IgE’s this high… & if you’ve gone on to do OIT. I want to protect her & help her live a more normal life with minimal anxieties… I hear this can really work & gives peace of mind… just with cross contamination, alone. I’m not looking for a miracle.. just want her to be safe & feel safe.
