Any tips on how to make shingrix less painful?

Only injection I get complaints about when it's actually being Injected. Any tips or does anyone else notice ? I'm obviously mixing it until clear , let it sit for a few min as well. Let it sit out for longer? Inject slow? Fast? Specific technique of Injection? What's worked for you
