Espeon/Leafeon/Glaceon team recommendation for Pokemon Platinum?

Title says it all. I just got into pokemon, like a day in, and I fell in love with eeveelutions specifically, and I’m definetly planning on getting one of those 3 in my playthrough, so I would really appreciate any help, move pool recommendations, how to play them, etc. Thank you in advance 👏
