Why is there so much SALIVA in my mouth??!!?

I’m finally 12 weeks and it seems like the worst of the nausea has died down but oh my god I did not know I could produce so much liquid in my mouth. I am constantly needing to spit or swallow my saliva and it’s disgusting 😭 i feel like a slobbery dog please tell me this is very very temporary I can’t live like this
