The 4 week wait…

I just tested positive a couple days ago - super early. I’m not even 4 weeks pregnant yet. I scheduled my first doctor’s appointment and it’s not for a month! I guess that’s to be expected, since there’s nothing to see on an ultrasound yet and it’s still fairly likely this pregnancy won’t “stick” but I’m shocked there’s no FAQ guide!! I know there are a BILLION things you aren’t supposed to do when you’re pregnant and I was expecting to have an immediate doctor’s appointment when they’d explain this??

I thought the two week wait was bad, but tbh this 4 week thing seems worse - especially since I told myself I wouldn’t share with family until the pregnancy was confirmed by a doctor.
