Easy post morning sickness (protein) shake/liquid recommendation!

What protein shakes/store bought shakes taste okay and easily transportable? I start an internship at a hospital next week (M-F 8-4:30) and my morning sickness is hitting hard. I have to eat in the morning but then morning sickness happens and I need something post puke (sorry gross 🤢). I’m not sure how long I’ll be able to sit for a snack or if that’s possible unless it’s really bad. I plan to carry around a bag of cereal to snack on but cheerios aren’t gonna carry me in between breakfast and lunch 😅
