Best Punk Songs From 1998

I’m trying to rediscover a punk song that was played (not on radio) but on MusicChoice back in 1998. It wasn’t aka punk like Less Than Jake, and it wasn’t more hardcore like Refused. It was poppier/catchy kinda like Blink182 but it wasn’t them either. Any songs come to mind around this time for you?
