Gigabyte 9070xt oc coil whine

Got a Gigabyte 9070 xt oc at launch, currently installed with a sama black diamond 1000 watt with 2 separate pcie 8pin + a pigtail . Getting coil whine on gaming sessions like marvel rival and black myth wukong with high loads (when power is over 300 watt ). Is it considered normal ? Here are my options 1) try to get a 3rd pcie cable , psu has 4 pcie / cpu port. 1 is taken by cpu. 2 by gpu currently, if I manage to get the third one , then would be 3 separate 8 pin into the gpu 2) try to get a different psu ? 3) undervolting? 4) wait and pray it goes away ? 5) return is still doable since its within 14 days. But no stocks in local stores so gonna be long wait until next batch comes. 6) live with it?
