If Sydney genuinely lifts/does full workouts everyday (outside of her just recording one set of them) why is she constantly humbled by such low weight?
I choose to lift 5 days a week and I obviously don’t lift my PR everyday to avoid injury and it’s just not necessary for my current goals but I definitely lift enough to maintain/build my strength. For ex. I do legs 3x a week, I never use Less than 115lb barbell for RDLs, Squats, etc. and I just do higher reps. I also weigh less than and am less visibly muscular than Syd. It just doesn’t make sense to me that Sydney allegedly lifts everyday and is only squatting 65lb barbell and appears to be wobbly while doing it. She walks on her treadmill with no incline and doesn’t run/sprint. We all know she also just generally has terrible form lifting as well. I think it just proves that her build is genetic with a mix of ED.
