Any options for my old Kingston USB Drive?

I have an old Kingston USB drive (DTLPG2 4G) that I used to use on my old Macbook Pro. However I have recently upgraded my macbook and I'm now getting an error message saying the launching software needs updated. I'm afraid the thumb drive isn't supported by Kingston any more and I'm not sure if there is any way to keep using this drive. Any suggestions? Thanks.
