NVIDIA driver and app install/uninstall failer???

After not being on my computer all week, i wanted to see if there was a new driver update available on the Nvidia app.

When I opened the app, I got a message saying "There was a problem updating NVIDIA app, you will need to manually update the app". So I tried to uninstall the app, and it told me "Uninstall failed". I tried downloading the new app "Install failed". I decided to ignore those and install the newest driver, "INSTALLATION FAILED" saying all of the components were "not selected" under status.

I've tried manually installing the driver from the official website, and it gave me a similar thing. Saying that the "PhysX System", "HD Audio Driver", NVIDIA app, RTX Desktop Manager, Graphics Driver and USBC Driver were all "Not Installed."

I kept getting the error code: 0x80070005 while trying to install the drivers. I did my research and some people have said it had something to do with Antivirus? So I turned that off when I tried to do anything I did prior, nothing.

I was only doing this to play the new Monster Hunter Wilds game. When I did run the game, it seemed perfectly fine so I am just confused.

What else could I possibly do? I have a 3060 ti if that helps.
