Do the finals have their own dedicated servers?

I play on pc, and am wondering if the finals has its own servers, or if they use the steam servers? I’m wondering this because I normally have really good wifi speeds with low lag and all that, but in this game I am consistently getting 5-10x my normal ping levels. The thing is, this doesn’t happen with any other game I play. Maybe it has to do with my server selection, or maybe it’s something else. Any help is greatly appreciated!
