Endometritis and TTC

I was recently diagnosed with endometritis. I had an ectopic and MC following the birth of my 1 child. I did 2 weeks of doxy but my repeat biopsy still showed CE. Now I am on 3 weeks of cipro/flagyl. Has anyone needed a 2nd round of antibiotics? What if this doesn’t clear the infection?
