EV, Hydrogen, or Hybrid?

Currently a three car family, all gasoline. I drive an old beater pickup truck, my husband drives a 2018 Mazda, and I also own a 2024 ram 1500 I use for towing a work trailer. We know that eventually my beater truck will die, and I am ok with buying a used vehicle to tie me over until whatever car I do want becomes a viable option.

My question though, all things considered in 4 or 5 years, which will make more sense: EV, Hydrogen, or a hybrid? My big complaint with the full EV is the recharge time. About 15-20 times a year I need to make a 6 hour drive (then come another 6 hours back), and exactly 3 times a year we (my family is three people) need to make a 12 trip (this is also a round trip) so I don't want to spend hours at recharge stations.

I'm leaning towards Hybrid, but I don't know if they still will be making those in the next 5 or so years.

I would love some crowd sourced wisdom.
