Outside Air Kit - Necessity?

I’m having an Kuma Alpine LE-1 installed in my house in the coming weeks and this stove has the option of installing an outside air kit. I asked the company that was going to be installing it if this stove would potentially compete for oxygen with my natural gas furnace and create a negative pressure situation however, the technician that’s going to install the fire box said that he’s never seen that and that he’s never had a customer contact them back after the initial install to come back and install the outside air kit so I just wanted to ask this community before I had the fireplace installed whether or not it would be a good idea to install the outside air kit for this woodstove. I have a semi sealed old house that’s sort of leaky. I’ve tried to seal it up as best as I can. Typical fresh air vents (2) are in furnace room in basement.

Thoughts from the community, is it needed or? Thank you kindly!
